Hi, I’m kim!

Yoga has been woven into my life for as long as I can remember—over 40 years of rolling out my mat, breathing deeply, and discovering new ways to move, soften, and reconnect. After decades of practice, I finally followed my heart and became a certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and I’ve spent the past two years sharing the magic of yoga with others.

I specialize in Beach Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Yin, blending strength, balance, and deep relaxation into every class. Whether we’re flowing under the sun, grounding into the earth, or melting into long restorative stretches, my goal is always the same: to help you slow down, breathe more fully, and feel at home in your body.
